IKEA Friheten Sofa Cumbed

I would like to bring to your attention an issue with the sofa bed I purchased from your store two weeks ago. The service and delivery provided by your team were great, but unfortunately, the quality of the sofa is not satisfactory.

There is now a spring noise coming from one side of the sofa, which started after just two weeks of use. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the sofa was in excellent condition, but this issue has made the experience disappointing.

I purchased an IKEA sofa cum bed from SecondLife and I’m really impressed. The condition was just like new — no stains, no damage, and very comfortable.
